1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the sa444 platform in any capacity — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the sa444 platform, including registered account holders, guest browsers, and any person who accesses any part of the sa444 website at sa444.app. They form the entire agreement between you and sa444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

sa444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sa444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the sa444 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The sa444 platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. Registration, deposit, and participation in any game or betting market on sa444 is strictly prohibited for any individual under the age of 18. This restriction is absolute and admits no exceptions.

2.1 Age Verification

sa444 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All registered players are required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation confirming their age and identity before any withdrawal request is processed. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.

Where sa444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player may be under 18 years of age, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold access to funds, and initiate an immediate age verification review pending the provision of satisfactory documentary evidence.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

sa444 is directed at adult players located in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that your access to and use of the sa444 platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing online gambling services is lawful in your location before registering or depositing.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on sa444. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or in any other manner that suggests a common identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sa444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit bonus balances held in those accounts.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of sa444 services — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and sports betting — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false name, a false date of birth, or a payment method not registered in your own name — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sa444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified sa444 in writing that your account credentials have been compromised.

sa444 will never contact you by email, telephone, or any other means to request your password or one-time passcode (OTP). If you receive any such communication purporting to be from sa444, treat it as fraudulent and contact [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

sa444 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on their accounts. 2FA provides an additional layer of security beyond your password, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised account access. Where 2FA is available, sa444 may require its use before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

3.4 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals, inability to complete KYC verification, or suspension of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

sa444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. These payment methods are integrated as primary channels and are subject to the following terms.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on sa444 is ৳200. sa444 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard service charges — these are outside sa444's control and are not reimbursable. Deposits are credited to your sa444 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. In the event of a technical delay, deposits are typically resolved within two hours. If a deposit is not credited within that time frame, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Where sa444 identifies a third-party deposit, the amount will be reversed to the originating account and your sa444 account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Same-day withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are available for fully verified accounts under standard operating conditions. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take between one and five business days depending on the issuing bank. sa444 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. sa444 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players may be asked to provide supplementary documentation to support a large withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) measure and is not grounds for complaint.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on sa444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions made via Visa or Mastercard in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the rate applied by your card issuer at the time of the transaction. sa444 is not responsible for currency conversion costs or exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sa444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term takes precedence in respect of that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on the relevant promotion page. For example, a welcome bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 deposit bonus requires ৳20,000 in total eligible bets to be placed before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live table games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. The contribution rates applicable to each game type are published on the relevant promotion page and are subject to change.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Promotions are open to eligible registered players only unless otherwise stated. A player may only claim each welcome or deposit bonus once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses claimed in breach of eligibility requirements — including claims made via multiple accounts, claims by ineligible players, or claims made after the promotion expiry date — will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

sa444 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets that exploit an error in promotional odds or bonus mechanics, using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash with minimal exposure, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, sa444 reserves the right to close the relevant account and void all associated balances.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

sa444 runs seasonal and event-based promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar — including BPL season offers, IPL betting cashback, Eid special bonuses, and Pohela Boishakh promotions. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms, duration, and eligibility requirements, published at the time the promotion is launched. Seasonal promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game play on the sa444 platform are subject to the rules of the specific sport, event, or game in question, as published on the relevant product page, supplemented by these general Terms & Conditions where applicable.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on sa444 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as available. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the commencement of the relevant event. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice during a live event, including during interruptions to play, weather delays, or significant in-play developments.

sa444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error — including manifest pricing errors — at any time before or after the settlement of the market. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the relevant market page.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on sa444 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness, except for live dealer games which use physical dealing by professional dealers streamed in real time. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game studio and are not modified by sa444.

In the event of a technical failure affecting a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or power interruption — sa444 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state at the point of interruption. Where this is not possible, any affected bet may be voided and the stake returned. sa444 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game, as determined by the relevant governing body or, in the case of casino games, by the certified game engine. sa444's settlement decision is final. Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sa444 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on sa444, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own legal name to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches in sa444 systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, sporting event, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the sa444 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or intermediary for other gamblers.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward sa444 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

sa444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your sa444 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, sa444 will process the closure within five business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days to an indefinite duration. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked from all activity — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — until the exclusion period expires or the player requests reinstatement (subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reinstatement is processed). sa444 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will act on them promptly. 8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where sa444 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance held in the account — including both cash balance and bonus balance — may be forfeited at sa444's sole discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. sa444 will provide written notification of the closure and the grounds for it to the email address registered on the account. Where forfeiture of funds is applied, the reasons will be stated clearly in that notification.

8.4 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising between you and sa444 in connection with your use of the platform or these terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith in the first instance. Formal dispute notices should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. sa444 will acknowledge receipt within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten business days of receipt of the written dispute.

sa444 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair treatment of all players. All disputes are reviewed objectively and resolved in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable standards of fair play.
